The Clifden Loop
A fairly long walk but without any steep climbs or rough terrain.
Lough Cutra Loop
A circular trail starting and finishing in Gort, County Galway taking in the sights of Lough Cutra and it's castle. Reasonably easy roadside walking, but with a small incline and steep descent en-route.
Errisbeg
Nice short if boggy walk with great 360 views from the top of Erris hill, and nice pints of plain & toasties in O'Dowd's in Roundstone after!
Connemara
I have seen this now well know area described as harsh, deserted and hard. lol. Its not quite that bad.
Cnoc Mordáin
Nice walk right in the heart of Connemara. Drop a bike at one end of the road where you want to get on or off the hill to make the road section easier!
Along The Killary
This walk through Killary takes you through Irelands only Fjord.
Inishmore Tour
Short round in the northern part of the island. Could be managed between arrival and departure of the ferries without a hurry.

Diamond Hill, Connemara National Park
Most of the walk is now laid out with protective planks making the going very easy until the short scree section at the very top. Gorgeous views on a clear day, well worth it.
